Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern the dashboard, the APIs, the SDKs, and the sandbox. Where your signed order form says something different, the order form wins.

SCOPE
What this covers
Access to the NordTech dashboard, APIs, SDKs, and any sandbox environment. Separate commercial terms in your order form take precedence wherever they conflict with this page.
ACCOUNT
Your account
You are responsible for your keys, your users, and anything done with them. Tell us within twenty-four hours if a key is exposed so we can rotate it and review the traffic it signed.
USE
Acceptable use
No processing for prohibited categories, no testing against live cards you do not own, and no attempt to bypass rate limits or risk controls. We may suspend an account that puts settlement at risk.
FEES
Fees and billing
Per-transaction rates and any platform fee are set in your plan. Invoices issue monthly in arrears and fall due thirty days from issue. A disputed line does not suspend the rest of the invoice.
UPTIME
Service levels
We target 99.99% monthly availability measured at the API edge, not at the load balancer. Credits for a missed target are the sole remedy and are described in the service level schedule.
DATA
Your data stays yours
You keep every right in the data you send us. We process it to run the service and to meet the duties financial regulation places on us, and for nothing else.
LIABILITY
Limits of liability
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except for fraud or breach of confidentiality.
TERM
Ending the agreement
Either side may end a monthly plan with thirty days of notice. On termination we finish processing in-flight settlements and then export your records in a machine-readable form.
LAW
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction named in your order form, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive competence over any dispute.
